今天 早晨多睡了一会儿，然后先到赖医生处看了一下，之后买了点东西。回家后吃了午饭又睡了一觉，起床后就收拾一下房间，四点多去丁洁处洗牙，结果由海伦给洗的，听她说的汉语很不流利，看来是一个真Helen，而不是郭达所说的“听说她改成了船的名字了”的那种Helen。

アメリカのオバマ大統領は、難航している医療保険改革の局面を打開するため、ワシントンで25日、上下両院の民主、共和両党の議員を招いてテレビ討論を行いました。 討論はおよそ6時間行われ、医療コストの抑制や医療保険市場の改革、財政赤字の削減および医療保険加入者の拡大が主な議題でした。
討論に先立って、オバマ大統領は、共和党が改革案を提出し、両党で話し合って、共通点を見出すとの姿勢を示しましたが、世論は、改革の実現に向け進展が見られるかどうか懸念しているということです。

Atomgeheimvertrags aus dem Jahr 1969 bestätigt. Laut der japanischen Regierung
wird derzeit die Gültigkeit dieses geheimen Dokuments überprüft. Japanische
Medien berichten, die USA können laut dem Vertrag im Notfall wieder Kernwaffen
auf Okinawa stationieren. Die Vereinigten Staaten hatten die Insel 1972 wieder
an Japan zurückgegeben.

las rondas clasificatorias y ya tienen su lugar asegurado en las semifinales.

Ce matine,
d’abord, je visitais le compagne Chemico, il veut acheter autre MPRT. Ensuite, j’ai fait une présentation de MPRT à ESSO,
il était très réussit. Mais dans l’apès-midi, dans « Meridian »,
quand je créais un test en logiciel CABA Win put le test de TM1600. Je ne savais pas quel test plan pour choisir,
particulierment pour le transducteur de « rotary ». Vince était un
peu fâche, il dit que il avait pensé que je sais comme utilise le logiciel
CABA. Je me expliqué pas pour le
TM1600 avec rotatif transducteur, mais je dois l’apprendre plus tard.

This morning, we did a demo of TM1800 at Enmax with Ken & Len from AltaLink. Robert tried dual grounding test as well as DRM with SDRM. Meanwhile, Vince was showing IDAX test for one CT. In the afternoon, we went to AltaLink, Ken & another IT guy discussed security issue of database. They want to set a password to limit the access to database, they also like to have one “batch” file on the main menu of the software. There will be a lot of changes for that, later we left Calgary and drove to Edmonton.

今天 早晨三点半就起床了，然后吃点东西后就开始带着设备去了机场，这是第一次带着滑雪设备出差，听说应是免费托运，但心里不太踏实。等到了机场一看，排队的人里有五个都带着滑雪板包。九点多到了卡尔加里后，到Enterprise租了辆车，本想要Dodge的Caliber，结果只给了个小的Nissan的Verra，滑雪板要放在第二排座位上才行。开车一个半小时后到了Banff的Norquay滑雪场，这是平生第一次在落基山上滑雪。Norquay雪场除了一两个绿道外，全部都是黑道，而且特别长，难度很大。我在滑Magic Black时，由于紧跟前面的人，她们扬起飞雪使我看不太清道，而且又极陡，心理一紧张就摔到雪堆里去了。之后换了一个Expert Only的Mogul去试了一下，上去一看，吓得不知如何下来，想起了一首“小老鼠上灯台”儿歌，但已经没有选择了，只有一点点地蹭着雪，边摔边滑地下去了。之后三点半后人少了， 又去试了Magic Black，一个人可以镇定地滑到底。滑雪结束后，开车回到卡尔加里，见到了小慧与小辉，一起去吃了个Buffet，告诉他们“Still alive”的故事。

今天 早晨先到修车行“车之杰”去修理刹车灯及换机油。Ken Li不断地发现新问题，不停地打电话请示修理，我都一一答应，最后使总的价格升到了五百多。 之后一开车，果然噪音小多了。然后在家整理明天出差的东西，将滑雪靴放到了行李里。由于做了一点运动，身体受了点凉，感觉喉咙有点不舒服。

China geholt. Damit konnte die 24-Jährige ihren Titel von Turin vor vier Jahren
erfolgreich verteidigen. Sie behauptete sich auf dem Eisring gegen die
Kanadierin Marianne St. Gelais und Arianna Fontana aus Italien. Die andere
chinesische Starterin Zhou Yang konnte aber nicht ins Finale stürmen. Nun steht China mit zwei Gold, einem
Silber und einem Bronze auf dem achten Platz des Medaillenspiegels.

Ce midi, je
suis allé à le restaurant de Licks avec Merril, a cause de il a un bon de
réduction. Plus tard, je
participais la réunion de Toastmaster.
Elle a payé le frais et devenir un membre. Chaque fois, pendant le discourt, je
pense que je dois améliorer mon niveau de anglais. Plus tard, je regardais le
match de patinage de Patrick Chan, il jouait pas très bien, il encore jouait
bien que la music était fini.

This afternoon, I planned to do some house cleaning, but I was attracted to the alpine ski games too much, so I actually did not work too much. Later while I am ready to prepare my dinner, Peggy called to have dinner with her family & Ivy etc. After the dinner, I made a phone call to Xiao Hui in Calgary, she is not interested to go to ski with me, I promised to bring her the shuttlecock. Later I watched to pair figure skater game. I was glad to see that Zhao & Shen have won the golden medel, fulfilled their dreams. I was always think the dynamic skating of Shen & two german rivals during the warm up time, I even want to go back to the rink to try the skate now.

今天 上午SW来玩，顺便给我了一个小皮包。我想起了《Anne’s Green Gable》中的Carpet bag，以前有“皮包公司”这一说法，我想英文就是carpet bagger。看到小包，我想起了1999年的夏光超。下午到达旺角广场参加踢毽活动，但由于有表演，所以踢得不顺畅。之后大家在广场就餐，在与Nancy交谈时，她认识Leo，并介绍给我说有另一个品酒班可以参加。之后开车来到了EW家，做了很丰富的饭菜庆祝春节，电视节目则是冬奥与春晚交换着看。

bestimmte Fahrzeugtypen von Toyota erhalten.

ejército chino se interesa desde hace poco a la experiencia de Colombia en
materia de lucha antiguerrilla. El general Matamoros hizo esta declaración
durante una conferencia de prensa consagrada al trigésimo aniversario de las
relaciones diplomáticas entre ambos países. Beijing afirma que está enfrentado
a grupos terroristas separatistas en la región musulmana de Xinjiang, al
noroeste del país, cerca de Asia Central. En julio pasado, violencias
inter-étnicas dejaron un saldo de más de 200 muertos en la capital regional de
Urumqi. Estos levantamientos son, según las autoridades chinas, fomentados por
separatistas.

Cet
apès-midi, Vince et moi, nous somme allé à Petawawa pour une démonstration de
MPRT. On a passé son cottage, bien que j’ai préparé mes chausseurs de patinage,
mais il n’y a pas le chance pour moi l’essai sur la glace du lac. Vince utilise
un GPS de Tomtom, mais j’encore n’ai pas le besoin pour le moment. Bien que je
vais aller à Banff à partir de Calgary, je pense le plan de Google est suffit.
Plus tard, on rencontrait avec Reid et managions dans le Kelsey. Quand je lire le journal plus tard, je
sais l’historie de Russel Williams de Tweed, c’est très triste.

Today, I started work on the test procedures of GE Multilin, I wanted to
finish the whole procedure before my trip to Petawawa. There are several other things to be
done to: Load CABA Win into TM-1800 CABA Local to make sure the user can
reading Texted Parameters. After
loading CABA Win, I even wondered if I can use TM-1800 to control a EGIL, so I
try to install a USB to serial adaptor, tried several times, it never worked,
so I gave up.

Day 477 – 星期六, 四百七十七, 06/02/2010
今天上午先到赖医生处去检查了一下，然后就直接开车去了Ruth家，帮助Petra搬家到了市中心某公寓。Petra说她三个月后可能还要再搬一次。之后我开车到了Spadina的某停车场，停车费是每半小时1.25$，我想时间前后都充足，于是在Burger King吃了点东西后将就车直接开到了Convention Centre，只付了2.50$。步行到了多大。听了袁红冰讲了他的关于台海局势的观点，我认为他为了推广他的新书，故意将情况夸大。之后步行到Convention Centre去看 春节晚会，在某Tim Horton吃了点东西。晚会非常精彩，特别吸引人的节目是“旗人”，表演者才是真正的膂力惊人，我这辈子肯定是达不到那个水平了。

Esta mañana, al
desayunarse, yo vi a una chica asiática en el restaurante. Entonces yo la vi
otra vez en la sala de espera del aeropuerto. Cuándo yo me monté el avión, su
asiento fue próximo a mí. Tan comenzamos a charlar, averiguó que ella es china
también, ella es de Chongqing, así que comenzamos a charlar en el dialecto de
Sichuan. Su nombre es Helen, ella es un profesor de la universidad de Waterloo.
Charlamos mucho tiempo, compartió mis historias interesantes. Por último, ella
me invitó a su hogar durante festival de primavera.

formation je fais pour les technicien et manuel test avec TVI et vecteur
contrôle en ligne en AVTS. Les clients utilisent le logiciel RTS pour les tests
automatiques. Pendant l’installation
de logiciel, j’ai trouvé le problème « Crash » à l’écran bleu pour
les portatifs de Panasonic Toughbook : CF-30. Il y eu trop de nourriture
et gâteau pendant la formation, je pense c’était un gaspillage, mais je ne
pouvais pas le partager avec les haïtiens.

Today, I need to take the plane to Fredrecton, NB. My flight is 12:30, so I have to leave
the office at 10:00, I want to eat some noodles at “Noodles Delight” restaurant
in Victoria Park Road, but it did not open until 11:00, so I just quickly ate a
“Mandarin Salade” at Wendy’s. I
forgot my headset while leaving the office, then later found in that small
airplane to Fredericton, there is no screens at the back of seats. When I got to Fredrecton, I hailed a cab
to the hotel, I talked to the drive about the bilingualism of New Breunswick,
he said most bilinguals are living in Moncton and Bathurst. The bilingualism of Fredrecton is just
because it is the capital of N.B.

今天早晨起来后又抓紧时间看了一会儿《Anne’s Green Gable》，最后也只看到了第十节。然后下午去旺角参加了踢毽比赛，在四个人同时踢的比赛中，我踢了一百二十七下，在Joe之后坏掉。这种比赛性的一百下踢完之后，感觉非常地累。Gloria也来凑和热闹，前来观看比赛，并与Peggy还有她的上海老乡们交谈着。然后赛事结束后，我就开车到了Lindsy，结果没找到剧院在何处，给Reid打了个电话，向回开，结果又错过了。我心想可能需要买一个GPS了。节目的演出非常精彩，我心想要是能事先将全部章节都看完就更好了。

in Beijing vorgestellt worden. Die 182-köpfige Delegation ist das größte Wintersportteam
in der Geschichte des Landes. Der Generalsekretär der Delegation, Zhao Yinggang
sagte, das Team werde versuchen, die Erfolge von vergangenen olympischen
Winterspielen zu übertreffen. China wird in 49 Disziplinen an den Spielen in
Vancouver teilnehmen, darunter Eislaufen, Schilaufen und Eishockey. Bei der Winterspielen 2006 in Turin
gewann China zwei Gold-, vier Silber- und fünf Bronzemedaillen.

a la oficina, Mark me dijo que él tuvo una riña con Vince, Vince estuvo muy
enfadado, la cara cambió al color rojo. Merriel luego también confirmó eso fue
verdad, él fingió para ser un perro con cola en las piernas.

Aujourd’hui, je fais la
démonstration de MPRT en Tiltron, d’abord, je présentais le test manuel, plus
tard, quand je présentais le logiciel AVTS pour les techniciens des relais,
Reid présentait autre produits, par exemple MCT1600 et DLRO-10HD etc. Dans
l’après-midi, on fait les tests de Tan-delta et résistance de transformateur. Le test de Delta en façon manuel était
très bien, mais quand je fait le test avec le logiciel PowerDBLite, j’ai
branché la câble de communication le port de « Inductor », alors, il
ne fonctionnait pas.

This evening, I went to Ingersoll, because tomorrow we will demonstrate
MPRT at Tiltron. Because tomorrow I will come back by myself for the
Toastmaster meeting, so I drove my own van to meet Reid at the hotel. Before
leaving, I bought one curry goat meal at one Caribbean restaurant in our Plaza,
but it looks too expensive for one box of the goat meat, I will never buy it
again. When I got to the
hotel, I rehearsed my speech <Peter Mansbridge, French version> several
times.

昨天帮助Petra搬家搞到很晚，半夜一点多才回到家。今天上午睡到很晚上才起来，先去公司将卸下的座椅装回车上，之后想写一下下周演讲的稿子，但是回了几封电邮后，基本没有时间了，只有吃了午饭就出发了。先在旺角广场停了一小会儿，踢了几下毽子，然后见了Peggy及另一位发明塑料钥匙的谢先生，然后我就开车到了Blue Mountain。P2的车位已经满了，我只有停到远一点的P2a了。先见了Ellen，她带我看了一下Seasons房，在405房间内，我看到了一个柜式床，德语叫做Shrankbett, 英语则叫Murphy Bed。之后就滑雪一直到晚上十点，周末人就是要多一些，等的时间要长些。然后开车回家的路上非常困倦，在400号高速公路上睁一秒眼闭一秒眼地开回了家，下次如果还是一个人的话，一定要在Barrie休息一下了。

Vorwürfe betreffend einer angeblichen Internetzensur Chinas zu unterlassen. Am
Donnerstag hat US-Außenministerin Hillary Clinton zur Freiheit des Internets
eine Rede gehalten. Dabei sagte sie, dass China die Freiheit im Internet
beschränke. Ma Zhaoxu wies unterdessen die Anschuldigungen zurück. Er sagte,
diese Behauptungen beruhten nicht auf Tatsachen und würden die
chinesisch-amerikanischen Beziehungen schädigen. Das Internet in China sei
offen. Ma Zhaoxu fügte hinzu, dass China auch das Land mit der dynamischsten
Entwicklung des Internets sei. Auf gesetzlicher Basis und kultureller Tradition
verwalte China das Internet, wie es auch in anderen Teilen der Welt üblich sei,
so Ma. Chinesische Gesetze verbieten jegliche Form von Verletzungen der
Privatsphäre im Internet.

Toastmaster, pendant je fait le discourt de « Table Topics », je dois
parler quelque chose sur Sueying Yu, mais j’avais dit trop pour le nom de Lixin
et Nixon et le jeu de mots pour le « Du », et finalement, je n’avais
pas le temps pour histoire de Yu, en effect, je voulais dis on rencontre deux
fois chaque semaine et on dit en deux langues : anglais et cantonais. Yan
a gagné autre fois « Best speaker » ce soir, je connais un peu son
histoire maintenant.

Gary & John want the module want the module, I send a complete one. Bruce
then wanted me to send a Master List of relay parameters, so I collected
previous download manual and made one file. My next job is to test the same
characteristics for phases BC & CA.

昨天晚上送完各位滑雪友回家后已经是二点多了，于是今天睡到了十一点。今天在家开始读一本书《Anne Green Gable》，我希望能在下周去Lindsay看戏前将此书看完，但看来困难是非常大的，必须要发扬我的埃及朋友Manar的读书精神才行。到了晚上，Jenna给我发了一信息问我是否忘记给她40$，我立即回复说给了，但这个信息搞得我心里很不舒服。

中国地震局が15日発表したところによりますと、中国国際救援隊はハイチ大地震被災地で全力で救助と医療活動を行い、100人あまりの重傷者を手当てしたというところです。中国国際救援隊は3組に分かれて救助に取り組んでいます。一組は本拠地で待機しています。もう一組は総理府付近で医療手当てを行い、さらに一組は国連ハイチ安定化派遣団本部で、アメリカ、ロシア、フランスなどの救援隊と共同で救助活動を行っています。
なお、中国国際救援隊は60人あまりからなり、現地時間14日朝3時15分にポルトープランス空港に到着しました。

an die Beben in Tangshan und Wenchuan. Aus Erfahrung habe man in China gelernt,
dass im Falle von Naturkatastrophen der beste Weg zur Überwindung der Not
starker Zusammenhalt unter den Menschen sei.

Una enfermera de
Elmira, en la provincia de Ontario, es la primera víctima canadiense confirmada
del terremoto de ayer en Haití. La víctima era parte de un grupo de siete
personas que llegaron a la capital haitiana, Puerto Príncipe, apenas 90 minutos
antes de que se produjera el sismo. Dos miembros de la Gendarmería Real de
Canadá están desaparecidos y otro canadiense se encuentra bajo los escombros,
desde donde envió un mensaje de texto pidiendo ayuda. En total, 6.000 canadienses viven y trabajan en
Haití.

Today is the first day of NAFTA2010 sales meeting. It is a good chance to meet all the other meggerers. During one break time, I had chance to talk with Jim Rogerson about his experience of Toastmaster. In the afternoon, I suddenly thought to write an email to Hubert, then he replied to me, but I still don’t where he is not, in China or Austria. In the evening time, we went to have dinner at an Italian restaurant and played the games of Wii.

今天早晨起来后，又将自己的第二次讲话《Look before you leap》背诵了一边，然后就去了某中学参加kidcouncil的活动。这还是我在加国第一次到学校里参加孩子们的活动，看他们做各种游戏也很有意思，特别是关于人的各种性格分析的部分都很有教育意思。我感觉另一个辅导员 Erin在这方面与孩子们交流就比较好，我想她应是加拿大长大的亚裔。 之后立即赶往踢毽活动现场，Peggy与Marie看到我后说我又迟到了。我解释说去参加了一个孩子们的活动，Peggy就反问我“为什么要参加？”我心想这个问题也值得思考，要是总是答应别人的要求，尽管也能学到一些东西，但自己的计划就会永远推迟及完不成。

I think it may take several days to finish a perfect Shape Geometry Calculation. In the evening, I rehearsed my speech tomorrow “As I see it”.

de calendario. He comprado un nuevo par de zapatos en "Pay Less
Shoes", pero no hay Goggle adecuada en STC, el hombre me sugirió por Scott

Today I went to EW’s house to spent some holiday with her family, I bought a duck and a pumpkin on the way, then we chatted a lot while she was cooking. This morning, I slept only 4-5 hours, yesterday night, I dropped each ski friends to their home and got my home around one o’clock. This morning, I have to get up earlier to to pickup Eliza at downtown, she lives at her friend Jin Hua’s condo which located at the north part of Mutual street, when I drove in that narrow street, I felt it is like Hutong of Beijing. Then I drove her to Scarborough Town Center for her Canadian citizenship test. Actually it is much easier for her to take subway to STC, but I just don’t want to disappoint her again. Later she called me told me that exam is just multiple choices, I think that should be easy for me if I choose French version of the test in the future.

今天早上从睡袋里出来后，先将自己的方便面吃了，又随便吃了两片面包就出去滑雪了。约十点多，Jenna给我发短信说Pancake做好了，于是我在十一点多回到了房间去吃Pancake，顺便算作午餐。进了房间后，我不想脱鞋，于是就在电炉旁边站着吃。Jenna劝说让我去坐着吃，并使用Syrup糖浆，但我就是不照做。她于是非常生气，说我的吃法是“麦当劳式”的，不尊重她的劳动成果。我辩解说是我一是平时就很少吃Pancake，用不用糖浆都无所谓；二是我想快点吃完好回去继续滑雪。她就利用昨晚上Bernies做意粉的事来举例，说如果我们当时不好好地吃，Bernies会如何想？我最后说这是Culture Differnce，她说不是的。最后不欢而散，整得我下午滑雪时，心想还老想着这件事。下午滑雪时进入一个黑道, 高速冲下, 结果头盔里的哨子响起来了, 可能是一个设计的超速警告。晚上我和Bernies去了蒙特利尔，朋友Sorkhunthea介绍去了一家巴西餐馆Milsa，Bernies吃得非常高兴，我们都吃了很饱。尽管价格不菲，但的确物有所值。

también dirigentes industriales. Es bajo el liderazgo de Gary Doer que la

今天上午早上去Joseph Tam处复查牙齿，碰到了Michelle，我们先讲广东话，她听到我跟老谭讲普通话后，要跟我讲普话，我说我要练习广话，于是我们继续讲广话，了解到了她是在广州长大，但老家是河北易县的。我听懂后就回答说是狼牙山五壮士的地方，她连说“嘿呀嘿呀”。当天晚上，我将屋里没用的床垫和床架扔了出来，碰到了Peter，他发现有人刚扔了一个大电视机，他想将其运回他老家：尼加拉瓜。

unterschiedlich auf die neue Afghanistan-Strategie von US-Präsident Barack
Obama reagiert, die am Dienstag vorgestellt wurde. Die UNO, die NATO, die EU,
Afghanistan, Großbritannien und Russland haben die neue Strategie begrüßt.
Italien, Kanada und Polen planen ebenfalls, ihre Truppen in Afghanistan
aufzustocken. Frankreich und Deutschland haben dazu bisher keine klare
Stellungnahme bezogen. Der deutsche Außenminister Guido Westerwelle meinte, es
sei unvernünftig und auch unpassend, vor der internationalen
Afghanistan-Konferenz Ende Januar nächsten Jahres eine Entscheidung über eine
Aufstockung des Bundeswehr-Kontingents in Afghanistan zu treffen.

El primer ministro
canadiense -Stephen Harper- partió rumbo a China donde comenzará una gira
oficial por Asia que durará cuatro días. El jefe del gobierno canadiense
visitará Pekín, Shanghai y Hong-Kong antes de viajar a Corea del Sur donde
terminará su periplo. En China, Stephen Harper se reunirá con el presidente Hu
Jintao y el primer ministro Wen Jiabao. El viernes, el primer ministro de
Canadá tomará el avión a Shanghai donde pronunciará un discurso ante Cámara de
Comercio de la ciudad y el Consejo Comercial Canadá-China. El sábado, Stephen
Harper visitará el pabellón de Canadá en la Exposición Universal de Shanghai
que se llevará a cabo entre el primero de mayo y el 31 de octubre del 2010.
Cuando anunció su viaje a China, el primer ministro de Canadá dijo que el país
tenía una fuerte relación con los chinos que refleja el interés mutuo y la
necesidad de "una cooperación pragmática". Además, el jefe del
gobierno canadiense aseguró que los dos países comparten importantes intereses
en materia de comercio, inversiones, medioambiente y seguridad regional. Es la
primera visita oficial de Stephen Harper al país asiático.

après-midi, on fait un démonstration de MPRT en l’usine de GE Multilin. James a fait la plupart de la
présentation. Je me sens que le GE veut faire de taille de test
automatiquement. Je sais on peut faire les tests avec beaucoup de LOOPs, mais
j’ai peur que le logiciel AVTS va se planter, à cause de j’avait eu
l’expérience en 2007. Dans le soir, Cynthia me dit qu’elle ne va pas à la
réunion de Toastmaster, alors, je prends Sammy et rencontre Gloria plus
tard. Mais George arrivait un peu
plus tard, il me dit que il va arrive 10min plus tard. Désolé, j’allais à
l’église avec Sammy et Gloria. C’est ma première fois rencontre avec Gloria,
j’étais un peu timide.

Today, I am preparing the demo of UR D60 relay at GE Multilin tomorrow, I am tweaking one old G60 module into D60, but I found there are too many things to do: adding the new setting groups, adding the new test plans, as well as verify each modbuses. I should have this job started earlier for Jose, then Jose never contacted me for his relay test job. Now I found I had to rush for that test module, both James and I were trying on the same relay. It is convenient to use both Ethernet cable for relay and Modbus of AVTS, in that way, I don’t need to shut down EnverVista while Read/Write the settings with AVTS.

从昨天晚上开始就在准备今天下午在多伦多大学的这个演讲,
一直写到半夜三点。今天早晨起床后又立即背诵,结果发现诵读时所用的时间是6分50秒(规定时间是七分钟),结果在模拟演讲中实际所花时间超过了八分钟。于是将材料又进行了精减, 保证其讲话时间加动作停顿总时间不超过七分钟。然后坐地铁到了市中心多大校园并找到在培训Toastmaster的教学楼, 先听了一个Kytherine的演讲技巧的讲座, 然后就到了Gordon所主持的Evaluation部分, 我是第一个被邀请上台做标本演讲的, 于是其它学员可以通过评价我的演讲而达到提高Evaluation能力。有四个学员充当了Volunteer要评价我的讲话,之后又有四个专家来评价这四个人的评价水平如何, 这给我一个”黄雀在后”的感觉。我的讲话还基本顺利, 所有人都给我了非常积极的评价, 都提到了我的第二次讲话能敢在多大这么多人面前讲, 讲得又很不错, 这很不简单, 当然也都提到了一些要提高的地方。会后一个中国女孩Tracy, 她在市中心RBC银行工作, 跟我说她已经在她的俱乐部做过十次讲话了, 但仍然不敢象我今天这样在多大来讲。所有人的鼓励给了我无比的信心, 我要在将来的讲话中做得更好。会议结束后, 我给Camille打了个电话, 想送个毽子给她, 她说学习太忙, 见不了我了, 于是我就先回家了。

Today, A toddler is dead after falling from one storey to another at
Pearson International Airport Sunday night. A Peel Regional Police sergeant
says the 15-month-old boy was being held in his mother’s arms when a sibling
ran into the parent, causing her to loosen her grip. The woman dropped the
child down from the departures level to the arrivals level in Terminal 1 at
about 7:20 p.m., police say. The boy was taken to hospital where he was
pronounced dead, police say, adding that foul play is not suspected. The area
has railings and barriers to prevent people from falling below. It’s not known

今天中午吃完饭后，正准备要去踢毽子时，有人敲门，一看是马格弟。他告诉我有人在三楼的倒垃圾处堆放了大量的东西，按规定，这些东西是要放到楼下的。我去看了一下，有电脑、打印机还有一个床头板及一些其它杂物。于是我们打开了几包杂物，收集了一下证据，发现了一个NATISHA的东西，据说她是309的，我与马格弟去敲了她的门，能听到里面有音乐声，但就是没有人来开门。于是我用相机将这些东西照了像，并于晚上写了个邮件发给了其它委员会成员。当天晚上，我将屋里没用的东西也收拾了一下，拿到了楼下，并将地毯吸了一遍。

昨天收到安娜一个短信，她说今天要去看圣诞老人大巡游，加上她的比利时朋友哈维，还有两个日本同学和一个韩国人，并问我去不去看。我上次看好象是2005年的事了，记得当年还有FLDF的队伍，于是我决定也去看一下。我和安娜从Christie地铁站出来后，来到了队伍的出发点，人已经很多了，我们找到了哈维及日本同学，但我们只能站在很外面了。游行开始后，大部分都是几年前看过了东西，但今年没有看到FLDF了，不知何时就停止了。游行后，我们去了一个咖啡馆聊天到六点多，之后去了徐曼家，与Peggy一起共进晚餐，祝贺徐曼的优秀的关于《国殇日》的文章发表在本周末《加中时报》上。

This afternoon, Vince and I went to do the training of MPRT for KINECTRICS,
there were two Andreas and one Fan. Before the training, I prepared one UR
relay and tried to do one trip test through GOOSE message of IEC61850. During the training, most time I was
still showing the traditional way of testing, Andrea asked how we can do a
ramping test of fundamental voltage with 3rd harmonics. I tried to write
a LOOP test with Dynamic control, but looks it did not work, and there was
beeping from MPRT, so I think tomorrow I can try to use BASIC control to write
a macro for that test.

Today, it is a busy beginning of the week, I tested MCT-1605 manually and PowerDB, then tried Pulsar with PowerDB Lite. I also checked the MPRT received from Wismer, then sent out the MPRT to Ozark. In the afternoon, I quickly wrote one email to Annie about the Wushu festival. After the work, I drove immediately to Ricoh to continue my volunteer job of Wushu championship. I was still assisting Mr. Zheng Xuxu (集美大学教务处处长，郑旭旭), un professor from Jimei University in Xiamen, Fujian to record the Sanhou fight record and publish them on the poster on the wall. The Sansou part is more fierce tonight, one Iranian guy beat one Chinese athlete by 2:0, then another Canadian one kicked the Lebanese rival off the arena platform, so the Iranian coach threw towel.

今天 早晨6:15先去接了Cynthia，开车到了Delta宾馆。之后有人让我和李燕出去给正在开会的裁判们买五十份咖啡。于是开车转到了一个Tim Horton店，要了咖啡，但由于数量过大，需要等半小时的时间。之后回到宾馆后，又有人让我将一量Wushu Van从宾馆开到比赛场，运送几箱货物。等回来之后，我将Wushu Van交给Alice Lee开，我则开我自己的“雷锋Van”，运送了两次运动员，一车是美国队，一车是香港队。在运香港队员时，我听见他们之间内部讲广东话，但向我提问时，就用普通话，我就用广东话回答，双方都得到了练习。由于对路线不熟悉，我误入一条单行线，差点出个事故，旁边的汽车大声鸣笛。幸好“事故”没发生，只成了一个有惊无险的“故事”。下午我又开车去买了250份午餐给展馆工作人员送去，在从Javis入Gardiner时，可能没注意到让牌，差点与一辆奥迪车相撞。到晚上有机会坐在前排观看<<第十届世界武术锦标赛开幕式>>，先是舞蹈，然后是各方代表讲话，最后是武术表演。最精彩的中国队被放在了最后，有些人走的早了就没看到好东西了。

gekommen bin, habe ich erzählt, dass ihn Sichuan Provinz ist hat dann er
angefangen, Hochchinesisch mit mir zu sprechen. Während auf die Arbeit wartend,
zu machen, habe ich mit Alex geplaudert, der von New York gekommen ist, spricht
er Spanisch. Später treffe ich eine Gruppe von Peruanischer Wushu Mannschaft,
nicht sprechen sie Englisch, deshalb habe ich ein paar Spanische mit ihnen
gesprochen, aber Alex hat die meiste Übersetzung gemacht. Alex hat nicht
gewusst, wie „Versicherung“ auf Spanish zu sagen, habe ich ihn erzählt dass es
„Segurio“ ist. Nach dem Abendessen machten wir die „Registrierungs“ form bis
elf Uhr, haben sie gesagt, dass Bedürfnis das mich zu kommen, morgen früh zu
arbeiten. Später, ich getroffen Luc Bendza, er war ein Schauspieler im
Fernsehen von „die Legende von Bruce Lees“, war seine Rolle Jesus, der Student

discourt de « Ice Breaker », bien que j’avais oublié la phrase favorite
« use your body weight to loose weight », j’ai encore gagné le prix
de « Best Toastmaster ». Plus tard, Marie voulait voir mes « 6
packs », je la permettais mon ventre toucher, elle a dit « Il y a
vraiment 6 packs ».

This evening, there is one Division D “Humorous Speech
and Table Topics Contests” at Scarborough Civic Centre, Council Chambers. I went there and say Jyl first, she
introduced one previous member of our club to me. Then I saw Erv was there, so I
approached to him and talked for a while.
Then I saw Pat, but looks like she forgot I was a member of her club,
first I thought she was kidding, the felt a little disappointed. During the contest of Table Topics, the theme is “The circle”, most people
are talking about the “circle of the life”, like my favorite song in “Lion
King”. Then Pat von the first
place; later Erv won the 2nd place in “Humorous speech” , Catherine Lee won the first place.
During the contest of “Humorous speech”, I was not sure if I locked the back
door of my van, I was afraid it was not locked then someone may steal my
laptop. That anxiety lasted until I
finally waited the contest is over and rush to my van, found out it was
actually locked. My mind was full
of “Brebis comtées, le loup les mange (Even Homer sometimes nods)” on my way to
the way.

今天上午先与J去听了粤语的佛法讲座，之后在太古广场旁边的城市广场吃了点粉与豆浆。去旺角广场玩了一会儿踢毽，其间不停与协调Sok与Annie之间的会议，最后决定取消会面。Peggy借给我的一本书《亲爱的安德烈》，是龙应台与她儿子的通信记录。晚上一边写我的ToastMaster讲话稿，同时又看着电视剧《蝴蝶》。但也只写了一个开头，中间Christine又打了个电话问我Blue Mountain的季度票（5 X7）是多少，她到了滑雪展览会的现场，发现票价是169而不是Ruth所说的160，所以有点不满意。

procedimiento completo de la prueba de probar todas las funciones de G-60 relé,
entonces yo iré a la fábrica de GE Multilin para probar estos paneles con él.

Jin. I found the fare is raised to

played for a while in the orchard, but nobody bought the bag to pick the apple
except me. Later we went to New
Kennedy Square and played a little shuttlecock and ate lunch there. Later in the afternoon, I went to
Lee Centre to help George Shen to move a little table. He just bought one new house at Bellemy
Road. After that, I drove L.W. to
airport, then moved her stuff to the basement of her sis.

今天上午先去听了粤语的佛法讲座，之后去旺角广场玩了一会儿踢毽。回家后休息了一下，然后晚上带了几瓶红酒坐地铁去参加我的同事James的老婆Roxana的生日晚会。到了现场后，认识了很多新朋友，大部分都是Roxana的朋友，讲西班牙语的占了多数，其中还有中国香港的，日本的，法国的等。James在会场上大家合照时宣布一共有十七个国家的人参加了晚会。我除了没有讲德语外，其它会的都多多少少地讲了一阵。只是我要在地铁关闭前回家，就在十二点半时离开了，听说他们有的人搞到了第二天四点钟多。

Garneau, hoy diputado liberal, como su representante en la provincia de Québec,

Garneau no tendrá la responsabilidad de ser el jefe organizador en esta
provincia como era el caso con Denis Coderre, quien renunció a su cargo
acusando a los consejeros del ala liberal de Toronto, cercanos a Michael
Ignatieff, de querer tomar el control de las decisiones en Québec. Recordemos
que el Partido Liberal forma la oposición oficial en el Parlamento en Ottawa.

Today, I showed
pictures of Cuba trip to the colleagues, I described the stories behind each
stories. Reid is also back from his
vocation in Scotland, he showed us many pictures of the castles and the videos
of driving on the narrow roads. In the
afternoon after the Du Institute exercise, I find now it is so cold that I can
go out of the office and have quick cool down after a sweaty workout.

This morning, when I got the airport and exit the custom, I could not find the escalator to the Viscout train station, because this time I was exiting from SunWing not Air Canada. So I asked one cleaner, he is a retard, did not know nothing about what I was talking, so I have to pull my luggage and found the Viscout Station. At GTAA reduced rate parking, I was charged for 68$ for the whole week parking. Then drove back home and slept until noon, later I got a phone call from Peggy, she said she invited me and several other friend to Wang Lin’s Singing Club to have a potluck dinner and sing the Karaoke in the evening, but I have to prepare tomorrow’s lunch, so I went out and quickly did some grocery shopping for my next week, cooked sth to eat then took another nap. Then I went to Wang Ling’s singing club with a bottle of Wine. When I got there, there is only Wennie was there, I learnt that she hosted one meeting of Macau returning to China celebration with Jessica yesterday. I chatted with her for a while and knew she is a computer engineer from Hong Kong. Later gradually, all the guests came. I saw Joe and Peggy, Peggy almost could not recognize my bald head, so she hugged me to make sure I was a real Lixin. I then saw her little shanghainese bro and the wife of the little bro, I spoke greeting in Japanese to her and told her that Peggy is fond of watching people speak in different languages. I also got to know Madame Du who is a photographer, when the banquet started, it is a celebration of 60 anniversary of PRC plus Middle –Moon Festival and the birthday party of Richard. Peggy introduced everyone and how she knew them. One interesting part is that she asked everyone to talk about his/her own “Happiness Index”, so everyone said a different story about the Definition of Happiness. After the meal, we went to Karaoke singing and dancing, Peggy taught us so called “18 steps” dance, I felt it was funny to jump backwards, just like a little rabbit. More and more people chose their favorite songs to sing, I chose one Allan Tan’s song and another popular “the mice love the rice”, but unfortunately Wennie deleted my second song accidently. Later we ate the cake and sung the Birthday song for Richard, then wrap up the party.

一周的时间很快过去了，今天晚上就要离开古巴了，白天还有时间可以进城最后一逛。我于是和同宾馆的一个突尼斯人一起去坐双层巴士去逛街，这个人年纪比较大，和我就只能讲法语，不象其它魁省人讲几句法语就要换到英语上来。这个人不会英语，于是我们只能讲法语，这就是练习外语最好要找老年人的原因。我们去了一个广场，停下来看了Jose Marti纪念馆，并在Che的图像前留影。 下午就在海滩上坐了一下午晒晒太阳将时间混了过去。等在机场要过海关时，他们发现我将头发剪成了光头，于是盘问我为什么，并将我带到另一个房间内，四个人轮流盯着我并和护照上的照片进行比较，最后确定了我就是我才将我放行。到达多伦多已经是凌晨二点多了。

Heute Morgen bin ich hat gegessen das Frühstück dann fortgesetzten Schlafen
bis Mittagszeit aufgestanden. Nachmittags bin ich die Burg von Castillo Real
Fuerza.Nach das, ich bin gegangen zu einer Buchhandlung, plötzlich sehen
gegangen hat es zu Regnen angefangen, sehr großer Regen. So bin ich innerhalb
der Buchhandlung für fast zwei Stunden geblieben. Habe dann ich zu durch ein
Spanisch Buch entschieden, sein Name
ist <Fidel Castro Habler sobre Playa Giron>. Auf dem Rückweg zum
Hotel, ich getroffen sich Gordana auf dem Bus, sitzt sie nächst auch mich.

Esta mañana, yo
acabo de dormir sin desayunar. En la tarde, yo fui al la case de Eliza otra
vez, yo encontré Mario que es su vecino y hablado con otro amigo italiano, esta
persona habla español bueno. Eliza
me mostró uno del libro de Fidel Castro, ella me dijo el año pasado durante el
ciclón, su casa estuvo llena de agua, así que él sólo puede orar para no tener
ciclón todos los años. Eliza posterior hizo una comida para mí, yo estuve muy
agradecido, tuve la oportunidad de hablar con su hija Lisa, ella es un
traductor español ruso. Fui a ver un Casa Particule, pero no quererlo, así que
decidí regresar al hotel. Tuve una bebida de Mojito en el techo de un hotel
además de Castillo Real Fuerza. Más tarde, yo fui a barra de club, es nombre es
Guanimar, hay muchos chicas cuando demandaba para una bebida, yo vi un lado
diferente de estilo vivo en Cuba.

Ce martin,
je suis allé à la centre de ville de Habana Viaja. Je achetais une postale pour
Annie, je fais beaucoup de jou de mots avec « ba » dans les paroles.
Plus tard, je demandais l’adresse d’Eliza dans un bureau de TourInfo, il n’est
pas très loin. Je suis allé à pied et trouvais la maison d’Eliza sans difficulté.
Je aussi parlais avec son fil Miguel Angel, mais mon espanol était très très
limité, je dois utilise mon « français-espagnol » dictionnaire
souvent. Dans l’après midi,
je suis allé à la plage et nageais pour tout après midi et palais avec un
Montréal en français, mais il est Russe.
Dans le soir, je connais autre ami irlandais, il a une petite amies russe qui dormait
pour le moment. Nous avons bu très
de vin pour trop tard, je fais trop de traductions en espanol pour lui.

Today, I went to Old
Havana and changed more CUC, when I was in the hotel, my 200 Cnd$ changed
156CUC, today in one of the changing office, for 100Cnd$, I changed 86CUC.
Later, I visited a Revolution Museum (Museo de la Revolucion), on the first floor, there were 3 big
comic images for Batista, Reagan and Bush.
In the Spanish introduction, they thank these three Cretinos (idiots)
for solidify and strengthening the revolutions. In each exhibition room, there is always
at least one employee sitting there but doing nothing, most of the introductions are in Spanish
only, I read Spanish very slow so I could not scrutinize them all before
leaving. In the afternoon, I
went to the beach and started my first time swimming in the sea of Caribbean,
this is my second time to swim in the sea. 10 year ago, I swam at Suizhong
county in north China.

今天早晨在吃早餐时，发现有芒果汁可选择，于是择芒汁而舍橙汁。之后坐一辆中国郑州产的YUTONG(宇通)巴士去了“老哈瓦那”，整个街道非常窄小，破旧，很多都似危房。同时街道也不干净，不时能看到狗屎，经常看到行人小心地绕过粪便。我则不时在民居门前经过，能看到屋里面的人在做什么。当我在某小广场处看地图时，走过一位老黑人，用英语跟我交谈着，他叫Jaime，来自牙买加。然后他带我看了很多地方，包括“中国城”，在Parque Central处，正好赶上一场棒球比赛结束，一群人在那里大声地谈论着比赛的情况，在我看来象吵架一样。最后我带他去一个饭店吃饭，他只喝饮料，想让我将饭钱给他，另用用途。 我送他了一块肥皂、一盒牙膏还有一件从魁省DollarRama买的白T衫，他非常高兴。之后我们分手之后，当我一个人行动时，碰到了两个jinetero，为首的一个会点英语，一方面奉承着我现在和他们在一起成了古巴人，另一方面不停地说天气热，让我请他们喝mojito还有啤酒，最后一共花了40CUC，同时我又从他们手里花了20CUC买了一包雪茄，并当场抽了一支，搞得头晕脑涨的。最后摆脱他们后，结果又走错了路，没赶上回宾馆的巴士，只得自己打车另花15CUC回宾馆，回去之后，雪茄的余力还在发做，人感到不舒服。当天晚上最想用西班牙语说的一句话就是：Yo odio jinetero.

今天下午五点半的飞机去古巴，上午主要在家收拾整理行李，同时抽空去图书馆借一本关于古巴的书，这本介绍的内容更详细。我又去DollarRama买了一些肥皂和牙膏还有铅笔，到时准备送给古巴人民做礼物。由于回来时的飞机是半夜二点，所以我要开车去机场将车停在GTAA停车场。经过三个多小时的飞行后，到达了Varadero机场，我乘坐一辆中国产的大巴到了宾馆，一路上好奇地向窗外不停地张望着，看到很多行人还有许多关于50周年革命胜利的大型宣传招牌。

Der UN-Gipfel über Atomwaffenverbot und atomare Abrüstung ist am Donnerstag
in New York eröffnet worden. Darauf wurde eine Resolution einstimmig
verabschiedet. In der Resolution hieß es, man solle eine noch sichere Welt für
die Menschheit aufbauen und Bedingungen für den Aufbau einer atomwaffenfreien
Welt schaffen. In seiner Rede auf
dem Gipfel stellte der chinesische Staatspräsident Hu Jintao unter
Berücksichtigung der internationalen Lage den Gedanken Chinas zur Realisierung
der allgemeinen Sicherheit durch gegenseitiges Nutzen und gemeinsame Gewinne
vor. Noch über die von der internationalen Gemeinschaft mit Aufmerksamkeit
verfolgten Fragen wie die atomare Abrüstung, den Atomwaffenverbot, die
friedliche Nutzung der Atomenergie sowie die Atomsicherheit usw. stelle Hu
Jintao die chinesischen Standpunkte dar.

inmediata de su parte para enviar o no refuerzos a Afganistán. El presidente Obama
hizo esta declaración después de su encuentro en la Casa Blanca con el Primer
ministro de Canadá, Stephen Harper, quien indicó que apoya la política del
presidente Obama de enviar más tropas a Afganistán, país que conoce un
recrudecimiento de violencia y donde se encuentran desplegados 2850 militares
canadienses. En lo relacionado a los intercambios comerciales, Stephen Harper
expresó su descontento en cuanto al aumento del proteccionismo estadounidense.
El Primer ministro Harper, insiste no obstante, en que las relaciones
comerciales entre ambos países siguen siendo buenas. Stephen Harper y Barack
Obama se encontrarán nuevamente la semana próxima en la Cumbre del G20 que se
realizará el 24 de septiembre en Pittsburg.

connais Donna dans la réunion de « ToastMaster », je la dit que
j’aime l’émission de « That 70’s Show » et Donna dans l’émission.
Pendant la réunion, je travaillais comme un « Grammarian », je
présentais un mot nouveau « jeu de mots », mais Gordon dit que le
seule est très haut pour les participants. Après la réunion, Donna me dit que
mon prononciation était pas mal quand je parlais en voix haut, mais mauvais
quand je parlais en voix baissé, elle me suggérait que je dois pratique plus
sur les voyelles, je le pense c’est bon idée.

This morning, when I saw MK, he explained that he forgot cell phone at work place, he was even expecting me to pickup him that day. He also missed several other phones. So explained what I was speculating about him on Saturday morning, I was afraid he changed his mind or was with his friend together. Then I told him our sports event and showed him some pictures, he was regretted not going to the game.

早晨醒来后就被隔壁的收音机影响得睡不着了，我在想着今天的运动会将会办成怎样。吃完早饭后，到公司拿了我的肚轮与壶铃后，就到镇中心Mall去接Jessica和Christie，同时开始给MK打电话，但总是听到留言，于是想他可能有事来不了了，就只带着Jessica和Christie出发了。到了宾顿市之后，与Peggy汇合后，各路参加表演的选手也渐渐到场了。十二点整，我和Jessica宣布运动会开始，整个过程有表演踢毽的、太极柔力球、太极、呼拉圈等。我表演了肚轮大法与并介绍了壶铃的七级水平，并在观众面前表演了连续背后抛接20与15磅的壶铃一百下，引起了热烈掌声。最后结束后，我们去China Buffet去就餐时，听说《新时代电视》来采访了，但是已经太晚了。

中国国防省はこのほど、中国軍事脅威論という誤った言論を確実な措置をとって、正すようアメリカに要求しました。 報道によりますと、アメリカは2009年「国家情報戦略報告書」の中で中国軍事脅威論を持ち出し、中国をアメリカの利益に挑戦する国に指定しました。16日、アメリカ国防省要人は中国がハッカー戦、反衛星、防空、対艦兵器と弾道ミサイルをつかい、米太平洋軍事基地と空母戦闘システムを脅かしていると非難しています。
これに対し、中国国防省の胡昌明報道官は17日、「中国はこれまで一貫して、防御的な国防策を取り、平和発展の道を歩んでいる。中国軍隊の発展は世界と地域に平和、安定をもたらす積極的な要素だ。アメリカの言論は何らの根拠もなく、無責任な言い方だ。事実を尊重し、確実な措置をとって、誤った言論を正し、両国軍隊の関係を損なう行為を止めるよう要求する」と強調しました。

Das unabhängige Wahlkomitee Afghanistans erklärte am Mittwoch, dass Hamid
Karzai 54,6 Prozent der Wählerstimmen bei der Präsidentschaftswahl auf sich
vereinigen konnte. Nach Angaben des Wahlkomitees nähere sich das Ende der
Auszählung der Wahlzettel. Dabei fielen etwa 3,09 Million von 5,66 Million
Stimmen auf den amtierenden afghanischen Präsidenten Karzai. Indes erklärten
Wahlbeobachter der EU in Kabul, dass etwa 1,5 Millionen Wahlscheine beanstandet
werden. Das endgültige offizielle Wahlergebnis soll erst nach der Klärung aller
Beschwerden verkündet werden.

A 27-year-old man has
been charged in connection with Monday's massive evacuation in Scarborough.
Police cleared a 1.6 kilometre radius near Markham Road and Finch Avenue at about
2 p.m. Investigators found a suspicious van with what they've now determined
was a pipe bomb inside. Shaun Morris of Toronto, is charged with mischief, and
possession of an explosive device. He is the owner of the van. He will appear in court on Tuesday.

今天是魁北克历史上著名的亚伯拉罕平原战250周年纪念日，250年前的这天晚上，英军暗中登上了亚伯拉罕的峭壁，第二天打败了法军，从此之后“新法兰西”不复存在。下午三点在魁北克城有引起争议的Moulin à parole的演出，但是战争的重演部分由于魁独份子的反对而取消，听说在Wolfe将军的故乡英国倒是有一场重演。在晚上OMNI2台看到郭然采访来多伦多参加国际电影节的陆川导演，听他介绍了他的有争议的电影〈南京、南京〉，于是我当晚将其看了一遍。

今天早晨去了一趟图书馆，今年几乎就没去过图书馆，主要是想把自己手头的书先看完再说，结果是没借书了，但买的书却多起来了，人的借书与买书的欲望总是无穷的。在图书馆内发现原来很多法语书的书架上所剩下的法语书已经不多了，可能是和当地居民的借阅有关，如果老没人借，就转移到别的分馆去了。下午仍是去旺角商场踢毽，但是黄志华的遗孀黄陈依莉同时举行了一个为台湾风灾捐款的演唱会，我们只得另找一个角落，但也吸引了几个过路人来踢，我个人最好成绩目前是二百零三下。

Millionen ausgezählten, gültigen Stimmen entfielen 1,74 Millionen oder 47,3

« Inglorious Basterds », quand il fini, il était minuit.

Kaohsiung City. Dozens of typhoon victims from Pingtung County, who arrived in
Kaohsiung on early Monday morning, waved banners and shouted to show their
disapproval of the Democratic Progressive Party's (DPP's) invitation to the
Dalai Lama to visit the island. Taiwan's United Daily News has also denounced
Kaohsiung mayor as "a selfish person who burned a bridge after crossing
it". The mayor visited the mainland in May and won support of the mainland
for a sports game. Now it invited the Dalai Lama to visit Taiwan, a move seen
by many that will impair relations between the mainland and Taiwan.

今天上午先在家里学习了一会西班牙语，然后打了个电话给很久没联系的Penny，向她请教了一些问题，她很乐于帮助人。下午去了旺角广场，但我到达的时间有点晚，高手们都已经踢完要走了。我于是一个人踢了约一个小时，并试了国产的小沙包，还是比Hacky Sack要好踢一些。随后，Annie到商场来找到了我，我们找了个地方用法语对话了约两个钟，她是约克大学法语专业的，但是却很少有机会使用，也想多找机会练习。晚上到机场接许小牛从中国回来，之后我们去《巴蜀人家川菜馆》吃了个饭。

日本の衆議院選挙は30日に行われます。『毎日新聞』が26日と27日に行った全国民意調査の結果から、最大の野党、民主党の支持率が最も高いことが明らかになりました。 調査によりますと、39％の有権者は民主党を支持、自民党の支持率は20％だということです。このほか、31％の有権者が民主党の鳩山由紀夫党首が首相にふさわしいと認め、15％の人が麻生太郎首相が引き続き首相になるべきだと考えているようです。
『毎日新聞』は、調査の結果とこれまでの選挙戦の状況から、民主党が投票日まで優位性を保っていくだろうと推測しています。

Das chinesische Festland lehne einen Taiwan-Besuch des Dalai Lama
entschieden ab, sagte am Donnerstag ein Sprecher des Büros für
Taiwan-Angelegenheiten beim chinesischen Staatsrat. Weiter erklärte der
Sprecher, der Dalai Lama sei keine reine religiöse Persönlichkeit, sondern
betreibe seit jeher separatistische Aktivitäten. Das chinesische Festland lehne
es entschieden ab, dass der Dalai Lama nach der chinesischen Inselprovinz
Taiwan reise, egal in welcher Form und mit welchem Status. Die Demokratische Fortschrittspartei auf
Taiwan hatte zuvor den Dalai Lama zum Besuch der Insel eingeladen. In den
vergangenen Tagen haben Persönlichkeiten aus verschiedenen gesellschaftlichen
Kreisen in Taiwan die Einladung des Dalai Lama scharf kritisiert.

parciales de la reciente elección presidencial en Afganistán indican hoy una
ventaja de 11 puntos del presidente Hamid Karzai sobre su principal rival
Abdullah Abdullah. Hasta hoy Karzai cuenta con 45% de los votos. Sin embargo,
más del 80% de las boletas de votación no han sido cuantificadas. Los
resultados definitivos no se conocerán hasta dentro de una semana por lo menos.
Los sondeos preelectorales le daban a Hamid Karzai la victoria en la primera
vuelta. Sin embargo, según estas predicciones, Karzai no alcanzaría la mayoría
necesaria para evitar una segunda vuelta en octubre.

déjeuner. Ils sont très salés, nous avons soif en apès-midi. Quand nous
arrivions à le bureau de Carol, nous avons reçu les équipements, on importait
le test plan, il semblant bien.
Plus tard, nous sommes allés un restaurant asien, je mangerais le poulet
sichuanais façon.

Today, I travelled to Edmonton. When I got there, I learnt from Linda that our equipments were not arrived yet, probably will arrive tomorrow late afternoon. So I called Air Canada and change my flight on Wednesday to late 6PM, it cost me 120$. Later I met Robert from California, I talked about my shuttlecock while he eats his lunch, he wanted to see it. So I showed him, then he tried it, looks he is really good at it, because he plays Hacky Sack all the time. So we played together shuttlecock and hack sack alternatively for more than one hour. Later we traded our gifts, I will bring his hacky sack to Toronto and he will bring my shuttlecock to California.

今天上午先去公司搞了一会儿MPRT的试验，因为下个星期要出差，希望能在走前将IEC61850的重合闸试验全部做出来，但是还是不能正确设置52A，要使用硬件BO1来测试，但跳闸与重合都可用TVI测试出来。下午又是去踢毽子，今天还来了一个人表演太极柔力球的，我还是感觉毽子最好玩，我要尽快掌握停毽技术。

Colombia, la secretaria de Estado Hillary Clinton afirmó que el nuevo acuerdo de

Según Clinton, este acuerdo le permite al ejército de su país utilizar siete
bases militares colombianas que ya están en operación. Se trataría de una
combinación de varios acuerdos preexistentes en las áreas de defensa, seguridad
y lucha contra el narcotráfico. Hillary Clinton insiste en que el nuevo esquema
no prevé un incremento permanente de la presencia militar estadounidense en

This morning I got email from the CouchSurfing friend Sokhunthe Or, she said she will come to Toronto tomorrow from Montreal and need a couch to stay one night. I was a little surprised since I just joined this Couch Surfing Group for one week and I am not a verified member on the website. Sokhunthe said I can refuse her since that is a quite late notice, I still agreed to accommodate her. From her profile I learnt that her root is Camboidan, so I learnt quite a lot Cambodian histories in Wikipedia, including the wars between Vietname and Cambodian as well as Vietnam and China.

今天上午先去和Jessica去打了一会儿网球，之后就去了“东亚旅行”社购买了九月底去古巴的机票, 和卖票的Cathy顺便聊了一下，她说她马上要修产假了，于是我们又多聊了一会儿。在商场里买了几个DVD，有《高考1977》，《南京、南京》等。回家后立即先看把高考有关的电影看了。晚上在看OMNI2的电影“集结号”时，Peggy打了个电话跟我讲了关于明天在多伦多市政厅“第七届加拿大国际儿童艺术展颁奖典礼”，我将与小歌星陆敏雪一起主持。

北京オリンピック開催1周年を記念するコンサートが北京市政府が主催した6日夜、オリンピック森林公園の露天劇場で行われました。
北京市の劉淇書記を始め、5000人余りの国内外から来賓がこのコンサートを鑑賞しました。 コンサートで挨拶に立った劉淇書記は「一年前の8月8日、中華民族は百年の夢を実現し、世界に民主的、開放的な中国を知ってもらった。今後ともオリンピックの精神を発揮して、オリンピック開催で得たものをさらに発展させていきたい」と述べました。
このコンサートでは北京オリンピック公式テーマソング「ユーアンド・ミー」などオリンピック関連の曲が演奏され、惹起ーチェンを始めスターが多数登場しました。

UN-Generalsekretär Ban Ki Moon hat am Mittwoch Nordkoreas Entscheidung, die
zwei inhaftierten US-Journalistinnen freizulassen, begrüßt. In einer Erklärung würdigte
Ban Ki Moon die Entscheidung schon allein aus humanitären Gründen. Gleichzeitig
betonte er, Nordkorea sollte so bald wie möglich wieder an den
Verhandlungstisch zurückkehren.
Indes hat US-Präsident Barack Obama ebenfalls die Freilassung der US-Journalistinnen
begrüßt und erfolgreiche Vermittlung durch Bill Clinton in Nordkorea gelobt.
Die beiden Journalistinnen waren zuvor gemeinsam mit Clinton in die USA
zurückgekehrt.

canadiense de Inmigración y Ciudadanía estima que la imposición de visas a los
ciudadanos mexicanos que deseen ingresar a Canadá le costará a Ottawa unos 300
millones de dólares en cinco años. Este dinero cubrirá los costos relacionados
a la tramitación de las solicitudes de visa y la aplicación de esta medida en
las fronteras. De esta cantidad, se deben restar unos 90 millones de dólares,
monto que los mexicanos pagarán en costos de visado. Ottawa espera ahorrar
dinero con la imposición de la visa, ya que, en principio, habrá un menor
número de solicitantes de refugio, y, en consecuencia, habrá un menor número de
casos a tratar y disminuirán los costos en salud y educación. Por ahora, el
Ministerio canadiense de Inmigración prefirió no hacer comentarios sobre sus
propios datos. La introducción de la exigencia de la visa tiene otra
consecuencia: se calcula que el número de turistas que vienen cada año a Canadá
caerá en un 45%.

Mittwoch eine Kooperation für die Suchtechnologie und das Werbegeschäft im
Internet angekündigt. In der gemeinsamen Stellungnahme der beiden Unternehmen
heißt es, dass gemäß der zehnjährigen Vereinbarung die Internetpräsenz Yahoos
die von Microsoft neu entwickelte Suchmaschine Bing in Betrieb nehmen werde. Im
Gegenzug werde Microsoft für die zehn Jahre die alleinige Befugnis zum Gebrauch
der Such-Kerntechnologie von Yahoo erhalten. Zudem werde Yahoo dafür

amies Peggy l’aime tant. Elle l’ai déjà vu deux fois. Pour moi, c’est plat, et
billet est aussi très chère bien que en mardi.

Today I tried different way of testing AR of D60 relay, finally I found out the critical setting to initiate AR is under Breaker Tab, Breaker 1 Phase A/3-pole Closed , I can use BO1 only for 52A On or use BO2 only for 52B off. Later I even tried to use Pulsar to do the test, the measured time is a little shorter than the measurements with MPRT. I am going to write this test experience in my Chinese blog and also a French paper for Parice Boucher.

今天下午去买啤酒时，发现Kennedy与Steel北面的酒铺已经关门不经营了。迟点到了旺角广场，和Joe一起对踢了会儿毽子，最后自己一个人一下踢了一百二十多下，创下了一个新记录，主要是地盘广阔好踢些。在办公室昨天最多只踢了六十八下。晚上在OMNI2看了个电影《七月好风》，里面又有广东话又有上海话和普通话，还有英语和日语，很有意思。

今天一早起来后，看看天气还可以，给老刘打了个电话，于是我们决定去划船（Kayak）。由于我还没有预订船，所以我准备先开车出发，等在路上打电话来订。到了Paris后，与Ruth见了面，然后我们就坐一个校车向上游开去。约二三十分钟后，下车每人领取一个Kayak小船，于是向下游划去。开始的第一个小时总是很新鲜，慢慢地就有点感觉单调了，但小河两岸的景色还是不错。中间有时穿过水浅的地带，船就划不动了，要用手推着河底才能走出去。中间还有些急流区，浪花很大，每次经过这些地带，总有不少水涌入舱内，裤子基本全都湿了。老刘划得很慢，经常得让老外们等她。我则有很长的一段时倒着划，可以练习三头肌。一共花了五个多小时才划完。在开车回家的路上，非常困倦，不停地打盹，差点出个事故。

canadiense, Sébastien Courcy, perdió la vida este jueves en Afganistán. El soldado
Courcy, de 26 años, formaba parte del segundo batallón del Vigésimo Segundo

operaciones del ejército canadienses en el distrito de Panjway, a unos 17
kilómetros al suroeste de Kandahar. Con esta muerte ya suman 125 los militares

de julio se convirtió en uno de los meses más mortíferos para las tropas

have the paper work prepared earlier.
Evening time, I went to help Petra to move her stuff to Vladimir’s
house. This is our first time meeting after that ski accident in Vermont.

en la que participa el Primer ministro de Canadá, Stephen Harper, se inauguró
este miércoles en l'Aquila, Italia. Lo esencial de los discursos estará
orientado sobre la crisis económica que, según un proyecto de comunicado final,
sigue amenazando la economía mundial. Además de la economía mundial, los
cambios climáticos, la ayuda al desarrollo y el comercio formarán parte de los
intercambios entre los 8 jefes de Estados y gobiernos. Desde ya parece que será
difícil alcanzar un consenso, no sólo en lo relacionado a la economía sino
sobre todo en lo relacionado a los cambios climáticos. La declaración del G8
hace referencia a un objetivo de reducción de 50% de las emisiones de gases a
efecto invernadero, pero China e India se niegan a aceptar medidas en ese
sentido. Estos dos países estiman que esta medida perjudicaría el desarrollo de
su economía.

habité en Hong Kong pour quelque ans. Il me dit que il payait son professeur
d’anglais 50$ par heure, son prof est Juif est parle bien chinois aussi. Peggy
voulait créer une publicité pour notre concours de discourt en Nov 11. Plus tard, Peggy et moi
allions en un restaurant et discuter notre plan de discourt. Reunion avec Peggy
pour notre Club et autre match en Nov 22.

having break-fast, I suddenly found my salted radish and cabbage in a stainless
steel basin soaked with water. I
should make my Kimchi yesterday night at nine o’clock, but I forgot it. It was
really tight in the morning if I want to quickly make my Kimchi, but I don’t
want to want another 12 hours, the radish and cabbage will be even softer. So I
decided to made the Kimchi and worked really fast, and put the hot kimchi into
my plastic container. Later in the evening, I ate my morning made Kimchi.

Canadá festeja
este primero de julio su 142 aniversario de fundación. Centenares de
comunidades en todo el país celebran este aniversario, pero el evento más

personas se reunieron en la colina parlamentaria en el transcurso del día. En
su discurso, el Primer ministro de Canadá, Stephen Harper evocó la presencia
militar canadiense en Afganistán, los Juegos Olímpicos de Vancouver y la
tradición democrática de Canadá.
Acogí un juegos tradicionales chinos esta tarde en Kennedy Square, es
una experiencia buena para mí, pero, yo no tengo tiempo de jugar KettleBell.
Esta tarde, yo miré la película “Up”, no muy interesante.

je dois arrive plus tôt, mais je n’aime pas trop ce film. Plus tard, je
téléphonais à Peggy et discutais l’événement à demain. Elle me dit que je dois
regarder autre film « Up » pour sauvegarder le cœur d’enfance.

A young mother and her
two-year-old daughter survived a 40-meter fall down an almost vertical ravine
nearly unscathed in the western Canadian province of Alberta. Firefighters
scooped the pair out of the Blackmud Creek ravine in provincial capital
Edmonton Saturday evening, according to the newspaper "Edmonton Sun".
The area is lined with walking paths. It is not known how the mom and tot fell
down the bank. The mom was uninjured and the child escaped with minor cuts. The
mother was seen walking around, but was later strapped to a backboard. Both
were taken to hospital for examination.

Wie das französische Amt für Flugsicherheit am Mittwoch bekannt gab, wird
Frankreich die Flugschreiber der abgestürzten Air-France-Maschine weiter
suchen. Die effektive Frist für die Suche betrage jedoch nur einen Monat. Ein
Sprecher des Amts sagte am selben Tag vor der Presse, die Flugschreiber könnten
nur 30 Tage lang Signale aussenden. Er vertraue jedoch darauf, dass auch nach
dieser Frist noch einige Tage lang Signale entsendet würden. Deshalb würde die
Suche in den Gewässern, in denen die Maschine verunglückt war, weitergehen.

llama Pier 21 o Muelle 21. Este es el sexto museo nacional y el segundo que se
construye fuera de la región de Ottawa. El anuncio fue confirmado por el primer

mechanical distance relay, but it did not operate as expected. We could not
figure out what happed to the relay. Then later we tested a transducer, but the
pre-set screen was not working, so I used Manual screen and AVTS to test it.

今天下午先将Nephew送到机场，然后下午就准备自己晚上的演讲，结果等晚上赶到旺角广场时，发现没有人在场。于是打电话给Peggy才知道时间搞错了，但她同意让我直接进入决赛。晚点和Jessica和Rosa还有一个新朋友刚美国来的无锡人去“Go for Tea”喝了会儿茶，吹了会儿牛。这个无锡人也学过法语，他表演了一首法语歌《Je m’appelle Ellen », 我回家后就将这首歌从网上找了出来，又听了一遍。

banque TD pour change les documenter de change m’immobilier de deux personnes à

le refusais. En après-midi, quand je essayais brancher deux ordi avec la câble
de crossover, j’ai changé le propriété de mon portable, ensuite, je n’ai
pouvais pas Login, j’ai parlais avec Adam en Dallas, il me dit que je dois
envoyer le ordi à Dallas pour réparer.

This afternoon, we developed a new technique of AB roller: do caterpillar style abdominal stressing intensively within one minute, that’s a new challenge. Later after the work, I went to help Marg to bring some woods back to her home plus a small bicycle. I had thought to learn French with her biweekly or once a month, but it looks her rate is not cheap, so I might only learn it once a month, at the end of month. Marg told me she usually will be free at Saturday afternoon. She said she will offer me one hour free course, I am thinking how can I best use of this first hour.

今天早上收到MARG一个邮件，她又想用我的车去拉木头，我于是打了个电话要求改个时间。自己在家里先看了一会英语报纸，然后又收到SKYY的一个电话，一下打了一个多小时，尽说些没用的事。下午去了IKEA将JK的门换了过来，然后去了SIL家耍了一小会儿。晚上在家里第一次喝了“水井坊”酒并看了周迅和王宝强主演的电影《李米的猜想》。

US-Präsident Barack Obama zu einem Gespräch. Die beiden Staatsoberhäupter sprachen dabei über
die allgemeine Lage im Nahen Osten sowie die Beziehungen zwischen den USA und
den Ländern im Nahen Osten. Obama betonte gegenüber Mubarak, dass die USA eine
Partnerschaft mit den Ländern im Nahen Osten anstreben würden. LLW ist von China heute Abend
zurückgekehrt, habe ich sie zum Heim ihrer Schwester zu bleiben geschickt.

Tiananmen hoy y dos disidentes en exilio que intentaban ingresar a China vía

para evitar las conmemoraciones de la llamada "Primavera de Pequín".
Varios sitios en Internet fueron bloqueados y los disidentes recibieron ordenes
de permanecer en sus casas.

los tribunales contra sus acreedores. Una mayoría de poseedores de obligaciones
o bonos rechazaron la oferta de la compañía de transformarlos en acciones.
General Motors dispone hasta el lunes próximo para presentar un plan de
reestructuración satisfactorio a la Casa Blanca y si no lo logra tendrá que
declarar la quiebra. Esta compañía constructora de autos de la ciudad de
Detroit recibió ya 19.500 millones de dólares de ayuda federal estadounidense.
GM debe detallar en ese plan sus proyectos de cierre de fábricas, de reducción
de deudas y sus gastos. Al mediodía de hoy, la acción de GM valía sólo 1 dólar
25 centavos.

laboratoire ont confirmé dimanche qu'il avait contracté le virus A/H1N1, a
rapporté lundi la CBC. Il a fait savoir que 58 nouveaux cas de grippe A/H1N1
ont été confirmés en Ontario depuis vendredi dernier, portant le nombre total
d'infection dans la province à 352, la plus affectée du pays. Jusqu'à vendredi
dernier, au total 805 cas confirmés de grippe A/H1N1 avaient été détectés dans

The two missing
boaters who were presumed drowned in the Ottawa river Sunday were students from
China, Chinese embassy officials confirmed. Ottawa police have recovered a
small inflatable boat believed to belong to the pair who went missing Saturday
off the Britannia Beach to the west of the capital city, embassy officials told
Xinhua Sunday evening. One of the men was studying in the Carleton University,
and the other was with the Algonquin College and was to graduate this year, the
officials said. The students went boating on the Ottawa River after holding a birthday
party on the Britannia Beach Saturday afternoon. Their peers later called the
police as the two failed to return to meet them.
